Felicity Kendal in a Landrover
Two points I would like to share:
1) You will find some scenes here involving a Discovery which in the balance I felt are better included than cut notwithstanding the departure from the series Landrovers.
2) The scene in which Felicity Kendal exclaims “British Steel against Japanese Tin!” during a car chase should not be taken literally. I have no doubt that Ms Kendal is well aware that Landrovers are made of aluminium and the reference should be taken in the spirit it was intended: as a patriotic metaphor, not an inaccuracy.
